We're Caleb and Clarissa Ellis, and we run Fox & Train, a 3D printing business based in Singapore.

Like most people in this space, we started out managing everything in spreadsheets and Notion templates. Order tracking in one page, filament inventory in another, customer details scattered across messages and notes. It worked for a little while, until it didn't.

We got tired of the juggling act. We wanted something built for 3D printing businesses that wasn't insanely expensive, and that understood orders with multiple parts, filament tracking and printer maintenance schedules.

So we built FoxTrack.

We use it to run Fox & Train every day, from quoting jobs and tracking orders to monitoring our printer fleet and managing expenses. Every feature exists because we needed it ourselves.
