We're Caleb and Clarissa Ellis, and we run Fox & Train, a 3D printing business based in Singapore.

Like most people in this space, we started out managing everything in spreadsheets and Notion templates. Order tracking in one page, filament inventory in another, customer details scattered across messages and notes. It worked for a little while, until it didn't.

We got tired of the juggling act. We wanted something purpose-built for 3D printing businesses that wasn't insanely expensive, something that actually understood orders with multiple parts, filament tracking, printer maintenance schedules, and all the little things that make this workflow unique.

So we built FoxTrack.

We use it to run Fox & Train every single day, from quoting jobs and tracking orders to monitoring our printer fleet and managing expenses. Every feature exists because we needed it ourselves and adapted it for real-life use.

We're building FoxTrack in public and we'd love for you to join us. Got ideas, feedback, or just want to say hi? Drop by our Discord.
