FAQ
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you one printer, 10 spools, 10 orders per month, and 5 products. No credit card required.
What happens if I hit a free plan limit?
FoxTrack tells you which limit you reached. Nothing gets deleted. Upgrade to keep adding, or trim what you have.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I cancel?
From Settings, any time. Your workspace drops back to the free plan and your data stays where it is.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Polar.sh and support major credit and debit cards. Polar is the merchant of record.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite teammates with a link and set their role. Seat counts depend on your plan.
Does FoxTrack connect to my printers?
Yes, through FoxTrack Bridge, a small companion app that runs on your own network and reports live printer status to your dashboard. It is open source on GitHub.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. Orders, customers, products, filament, inventory, and expenses can all be imported from CSV, so you can bring your spreadsheets with you.
Is there a self-hosted version?
No. FoxTrack is a hosted SaaS product only. There are no plans for a self-hosted option.
