Questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you one printer, 10 spools, 5 products, and each month 10 orders, 3 quotes and 3 invoices. No credit card required.
What happens if I hit a free plan limit?
FoxTrack tells you which limit you reached. Nothing gets deleted. Upgrade to keep adding, or trim what you have.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. On Free, the workspace owner picks Pro or Farm in Settings → Billing and pays through Polar. On a paid plan, the owner switches between Pro and Farm in Manage billing (also under Settings → Billing): the new plan starts right away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the billing period. To go back to Free, cancel there; your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace drops back to Free and your data stays where it is.
What payment methods do you accept?
Polar.sh handles payments and takes major credit and debit cards. Polar is the merchant of record.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite teammates with a link and set their role. Seat counts depend on your plan.
Does FoxTrack connect to my printers?
Yes, through FoxTrack Bridge, a small companion app that runs on your own network. It shows live printer status in your dashboard and can send a sliced file to a printer. It is open source on GitHub.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. Orders, customers, products, filament, inventory and expenses all import from CSV, so your spreadsheets come with you.
Is there a self-hosted version?
No. FoxTrack is hosted only, and there are no plans for a self-hosted version.
