Changelog

October 15, 2026

  • Filament comes off the spool by itself when a Bridge print ends, including prints you start on the printer. Pick the spool in each AMS slot on the printer, or let a Bambu Lab spool's RFID chip pick it. A failed print takes only what it used. Turn it off under Settings, Integrations, FoxTrack Bridge.
  • A Bambu Lab spool FoxTrack does not know yet shows "New spool? Add it" on its slot, with brand, material, color and weight filled in from the chip.
  • Phone alerts on Telegram: print finished, failed, canceled or paused, printer error, and a printer that went quiet mid-print. Settings, Account, Phone alerts (Pro and Farm).
  • Filament page: a Runs out column and a Reorder sheet that lists colors from soonest to run out, with the date to order by. The bell says when to reorder.
  • Hold a spool for an order with the bookmark on its row. The hold ends by itself when the order is done.
  • Barcode on the spool box: type it, scan it with the camera, or use a USB scanner. A code you used before fills the spool in.
  • FoxTrack Bridge 2.5.1 connects Prusa printers through PrusaLink (status, pause, resume, stop and print files) and any printer Home Assistant knows (status only).
  • The bell has three new entries: Print paused, Printer went quiet, and Reorder filament.

October 13, 2026

  • Print planner (Farm): set a part height per product and a build height per printer. A part never goes to a printer that is too low for it.
  • Plate setup: Prints on picks the printers a product may use. FoxTrack reads the part height from the print file, and Read from print file does it for older files.
  • Mark a spool Keep on and the planner never takes it off or moves it. The planner changes spools less, and the plan no longer jumps around from minute to minute.
  • On the timeline, Move to printer sends a plate to another printer. Print earlier and Print later change the order on one printer, or drag the plate. Let the planner choose undoes it.
  • A plate past its planned end shows "Should be done by now" instead of vanishing.
  • Item cards touch, so one cut separates two cards.
  • Retired printers are never due for maintenance and never offered for new work.
  • A quote turned into an order gets the Normal priority.
  • The assistant has starter questions on each page, Copy and Ask again on each answer, and a wider panel. Order and invoice numbers in its answers open the record. You can type while it replies.
  • Free plan: once a limit is used, New quote, New invoice and New printer show a lock with the reason and a link to Billing.
  • Save stays in view at the bottom of the order, quote and invoice sheets, and of every sheet on a phone.
  • Plainer words across the app, help and emails, in US English.

October 12, 2026

  • Every page opens with a one-line guide. "How this works" holds the rest.
  • Orders: select several and move them to a status in one go. Tracking numbers are links.
  • A sales channel can carry a marketplace fee. Each order keeps the fee it was taken at, Job economics counts it in Cost, and the product form shows profit after each channel's fee.
  • Etsy order files can be imported on Pro. The live Etsy sync stays on Farm.
  • Invoices: shipping that carries VAT prints as the last line, so the subtotal, VAT and total read in order. Shipping without VAT prints as before.
  • A customer number you type stays yours, and automatic numbers skip it. Spool numbers are never given out twice.
  • Due-today reminders read in all five document languages.
  • When the API ships a store order, the tracking number goes to Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce, once.
  • Webhook deliveries carry a sequence number. The invoice webhook now carries the discount and the shipping.
  • A spool is on one printer at a time. A failed print takes its waste off each spool it used.
  • Archiving a printer unlinks its Bridge device and cancels its queued prints. The Print dialog says when the Bridge is offline.
  • The workspace cap counts the paying plan only. Farm cover follows the person who pays.
  • The order, spool and product forms start with the few fields you need. The rest sits under More.
  • New workspaces start with calmer status colors. Existing boards keep theirs.
  • Every save under Settings, Documents is in the Activity log, the logo and brand name too.
  • A completed restock run is read only. Delete account lists what blocks it before you start.
  • Plus about 40 help corrections and many small fixes on phones and in reports.

October 9, 2026

  • Print planner (Farm): FoxTrack plans what to print on which printer, and when. It weighs print time, the filament on each printer, roll moves between printers, work hours and changeover time.
  • Mark a plate started or done from the plan. See how late tonight is worth staying. A spool moves with the plan, so one roll is never counted on two printers.
  • Print from FoxTrack (Pro and Farm, with Bridge v2.5.0): upload a sliced file to a product, press Print, and the Bridge sends it to the printer. Several printers at once. Files with more than one plate.
  • Set an AMS slot or the external spool from FoxTrack.
  • After a print, FoxTrack asks Good or Failed. One tap starts the next plate.
  • Orders, Quotes, Invoices and Restock runs open as blocks by status, top to bottom. Finished ones are folded away but still there. Overdue invoices come first.
  • A language per customer. It seeds their quotes, invoices, packing slips and item cards.
  • The invoice language now also drives the packing slip, the item cards, new quotes and every email.
  • Company prints first, then the person, on the invoice, quote, credit note, packing slip and job sheet.
  • The packing slip is A to Z, one page per box.
  • Payment terms per language in Settings → Documents. Payment due days: 14, 30, or what you use.
  • A payment link per invoice, for a bank payment request. The email Pay button opens it first.
  • An invoice with nothing left to pay prints no due date. A void invoice prints no pay link.
  • An invoice from an Etsy order starts as Paid, dated the order day. Set the paid day when you mark any invoice paid.
  • Restock runs: set the box per line on the run itself, sort by the saved box, and complete long runs on a phone.
  • Removing a Bridge device keeps its print history.
  • The Customer column on Orders no longer collapses on small screens.

October 5, 2026

  • Find a product by its SKU in the order, quote and invoice product pickers.
  • Customize your dashboard: pick, order and size the tiles. Saved per person. It looks the same as before until you change it.
  • New dashboard tiles, off until you turn them on: Owed to you, Margin this month, Printers busy, Orders this month, Expenses this month.
  • Sort the fulfillment queue and replenishment run lines by name, SKU or date added.
  • Reports: Job economics (sales, cost, margin, hours) and Owed to you (what customers owe, how overdue).
  • Also new: Export everything is one zip, invoice and credit note webhooks, empty spool weight, maintenance cost as an expense, a Ready to ship column for new shops.
  • Issued invoices are locked. Owners and admins can Reopen or Void with a reason. Payments and credit notes are never deleted.
  • Automatic reminders start only after an invoice is sent (Mark as sent covers one sent another way).
  • An invoice from a store order is dated the day of the order. Etsy order files keep their Sale Date.
  • A quote's Generate invoice makes a draft. An invoice from an order keeps its shipping fee.
  • A customer with issued invoices or credit notes cannot be deleted. Archive is offered instead.
  • Revenue can count payments received, so deposits and refunds land on the right day.
  • Report totals agree with each other (credit notes, expenses, a Custom work row, filament used without refills).
  • The bell, the dashboard and the calendar agree on overdue orders. A shipped order is never overdue.
  • Imports skip rows already in FoxTrack unless you tick Import them anyway.
  • A resumed recurring expense skips the months it was paused.
  • Saving an order changes stock only for the lines that changed. Old orders are no longer rewritten.
  • The Orders list loads one page at a time, so big shops open it faster.
  • Products and spools can be archived. Deletes that would break history are refused.
  • Settings are in groups, and you cannot lose unsaved changes by switching tabs.
  • Removing a member also revokes their API keys and Bridge tokens.
  • Deleting your account keeps any workspace your teammates use.
  • Password reset and email confirmation links work on any device.
  • Only the person who pays for the plan can open Manage billing.
  • AI assistant: errors say what went wrong, and Settings → AI has a Test connection button. Switching workspace starts a fresh chat. Higher request limits.
  • A store order cancelled before FoxTrack got it arrives as Cancelled, with no stock taken.
  • A store order with no email matches by phone, or goes to one Walk-in customer per store.
  • WooCommerce has Retry import. Each integration card shows its status and last delivery.
  • PDFs print Polish, Czech, Greek, Cyrillic, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Korean letters and every currency symbol.
  • Search ignores accents and finds tracking numbers and replenishment runs.
  • Paper theme links are darker and easier to read. Sheets fit on a phone.
  • The Invoices page shows Received this month (payments in, less refunds), and a fully credited invoice reads Credited.
  • A void invoice's PDF says VOID in its title, and every invoice PDF prints the exact tax amount FoxTrack worked out.
  • For owners and admins, Send to client says when the invoice has no business address or no way to pay, with a link to the setting.
  • A quote that became an order or invoice locks its lines and pricing. Duplicate to revise starts a new copy to change.
  • The spool picker on quote lines has a search, and hides empty spools unless you search for one.
  • A credit note PDF prints in its invoice's language, and an issued credit note can be voided but not deleted.
  • The Expenses page has a month picker with that month's total net of credits, and removing a receipt asks first.
  • Charts mark the month in progress as "so far" instead of drawing it as a drop.
  • A finished line on an order's fulfillment page says which printer it was printed on.
  • A column's Rules can move an order to another column when it is marked Shipped or Collected.
  • The Orders list shows the project title under the order number, and switches to cards in narrow windows.
  • A sales channel with orders cannot be deleted: deactivate it instead.
  • The printer sheet shows what each print hour adds to a quote or product cost, in power and machine wear.
  • Customer search matches the company name, and the customer list has a Company column.
  • Lines in the activity log open the record they are about.
  • Arrow keys move a board card to the right column.
